ERI Director: Paul Holden
Dr. Holden has:
- Extensive experience in development economics, which he gained as an economist for the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
- Wide-ranging knowledge of the business environment from ten years of establishing and running businesses in developing countries.
- Published extensively in professional journals and co-authored "Unshackling the Private Sector: A Latin American Story," a book which analyzes the economic reform experience in Latin America.
